**About the role**

To work closely with the Attendance Welfare Coordinator, providing information and analysis reports that guide decision making for improved attendance overall as well as in support of individual pupils.

**Who we are looking for**

Minimum 5 GCSEs at A*-C or equivalent, including English & Mathematics

Experience of working with young people and their families in a primary or secondary setting

Experience of working in high-performing contexts

Experience helping students to overcome significant barriers to learning

Ability to draw meaningful and actionable interpretations from data

Monitoring records to spot attendance patterns

Recognising changes in whole school trends and individual pupil attendance
