**SERE is looking to recruit a highly motivated Office Administrator to be based in our Boucher Road Head Office.**

SERE Holdings Ltd is one of Northern Ireland’s largest family run businesses with a turnover of £70 million employing 300 staff, incorporating Motor Retailing, Executive Jet Charter and Handling, Aircraft Operations and Air and Road Medical Transportation.

We have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to join our head office team as a vehicle administrator based in Boucher Road, Belfast. If you have exceptional customer service skills, take pride in what you do and want to join a busy, friendly and dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.

Your role primarily will involve the administration of the purchase and sale of vehicles, whilst assisting in all administrative duties required in a busy office environment.
- Ensuring that all vehicle purchases, sales and on line deal files are maintained accurately.
- Ensure that all vehicles are registered adhering to Manufacturer and Government guidelines.
- Recording and filing all stock documentation
- Ensure all aspects of vehicle stock funding are accurately recorded daily.
- Process driven, organised and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload with an all hands on deck approach.
