**Operations Administrator - Romsey - Salary £24,000 - £26,000**

Our client offers an annual salary up to £26,000 per annum alongside many benefits, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, local gym membership, pension scheme, private healthcare cover, uniform, laptop and bonus scheme.

**Main duties of the Operations Administrator**:

- Raise new internal orders following a receipt of a purchase order whilst regularly updating internal records
- Liaise with team members and clients to ensure the mobilization of site surveys runs smoothly and according to guidelines
- Load client documentation and surveys onto the database in a timely manner whilst maintaining up to date records accurately
- Manage and update consultant’s diaries on a regular basis
- Assist the sales team with proposals documentation as and when required

**Key competencies of the Operations Administrator**
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
