**We are looking for an experienced, motivated, organised professional to join our Romsey based office team as Office Administrator.**

**The role is very diverse, and requires working across different parts of the business, so it is important that applicants are passionate about being organised, using initiative and creating new office management systems, and can also manage multiple tasks at any one time.**

**Applicants should have experience and be confident in doing all aspects of office admin. **Full training can be given for some aspects of the role, however applicants will be required to be highly proficient in Google/Office Suites.**

**We are a small friendly and hard-working office based team that all manage our own parts of the business so the role comes with a level of responsibility.**

**Excellent communication skills are important as this role will have many different people to communicate with and who will be communicating with you including other team members and external clients/the public.**

**Standard hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm however in busy periods some weekend work may be required on a rota basis (especially during the Christmas period November/December time)**

**JOB ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Due to the nature of the business, it is vital that applicants are experienced and able to work under pressure and at pace.**:

- **Processing of returned items and issuing refunds and processing exchanges for customers.**:

- **Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.**:

- **Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations**:

- **Stock control and ordering of stock as required. This includes keeping stock levels maintained of our commonly used lines and also ordering from our wholesalers as required.**:

- **Some picking and packing of customer orders as required in busy times to help the production team.**:

- **Management and generation of sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis**:

- **Creating Purchase Orders to clients**:

- **Recording financial outgoings monthly and reporting back to directors when required.**:

- **Management of our internal order management system (Linnworks) including workflow organisation for production staff**:

- **General PA duties as required for directors (such as booking of staff travel/accommodation, some HR duties if director not in business such as reporting sickness of staff etc, key point of contact when directors not in business)**:

- **Some Whatsapp/mobile communication with clients is required so you must have good written english.**:

- **Good Spreadsheet skills
- specifically in Google suite and Excel.**
