Oakridge Timber are a privately owned Timber Merchants based in West Wellow near Romsey. We supply both the trade and public from a very busy outdoor yard.

Due to growth & expansion we are seeking an Office Administrator to be part of the team that is responsible for all administration & sales support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly local company that is renowned for its customer service and quality of product.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service on behalf of the company by giving full support to the Office Manager and your team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effective & efficient organisation of all filing and any document storage
- Support the team with inbound sales calls
- Produce delivery notes
- Dealing with purchase orders and invoices
- Customer credits and returns
- Any other general admin duties you may be required to do
**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Excellent administration & organisational skills
- IT literate - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and focused with the ability to work with the minimum of supervision
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are requested to follow all covid requirements

**Experience**:
