Office Administrator

**Due to one of our current administrators moving to a different roles within the business, we need to recruit an additional part time Administrator - based at our office in Plaitford, Romsey.**
**Working: 15 - 25 hrs per week**
**Job role**
- Answering the telephone, dealing with Area Managers, suppliers, contractors and staff. Passing on messages to the relevant person.
- Sending out iAuditor Inspection Reports to clients on a weekly/monthly basis and dealing with any queries that may arise from these.
- Assisting the Office Manager with the organization of site jobs via suppliers, subcontractors and Area Managers as and when required.
- Assisting the Office Manager with gaining costs and quotes as and when required.
- Ordering and keeping the uniform cupboard stocked.
- Assisting with staff enquiries - holidays, timesheets and any other adhoc enquiries.
- Printing and binding H&S Manuals and Cleaners Daily Comments Books.
- Monthly Vehicle Checks - contacting Area Managers to organize these checks, reporting back to the office manager and logging the results.
- Save specific client Purchase Orders onto the system.
- Ordering office stationary as and when required.
- Printing supplier invoices and passing to the Accounts Department, filing once they have been dealt with.
**Job Types**: Part-time 9.30 - 14.45. Permanent.
Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of working in an administrative customer service role.
