Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant to come and join our small but busy office, based in Romsey, covering the whole of the UK. We specialise in Odour Control and Dust Suppression. We manufacture, install and service bespoke spray systems.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9am to 4pm (19.5 hours per week)

(30 mins for lunch)

Must be able to work school holidays

Full training will be provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephones and relaying messages
- Dealing with deliveries
- Ordering office supplies and beverages
- Office admin
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Filing and sending site reports
- Chasing POs
- Booking in site visits
- Booking hotels and travel (ferries)

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in computerised systems and software, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient typing skills.

Experience: Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£16,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 19.5 per week
