**About you**

As an ambassador of Vero Screening your focus is to promote a relationship of transparency and collaboration with our clients. Nurturing both new and old partnerships, you'll work with foresight to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities for growth and are accountable for the delivery of contractual obligations and our services.

On a day-to-day basis you'll schedule and carry out check-ins with clients, provide feedback, resolve complaints, and obtain projections for upcoming work. Working in partnership with clients you'll provide regular reporting of MI and conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

**Success factors**

Working with a diverse portfolio of Clients, to deliver in this role you need be able to:
Hold professionalism when managing challenging and complex conversations
Confidently deliver professional presentations with an ability to engage and adapt to an audience
Independently create plans and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Be effective, efficient, and professional when communication and seeking solutions
Be thorough when accomplishing tasks and meticulous with approach
Work consultatively and proactively to seek opportunities for business growth

**To be successful in this role you'll need**:
2+ Years' experience in an account/ relationship management role that includes
Utilising reports and statistics to forecast
A core understanding of contracts and service level agreements
Involvement with influencing at a senior level

Experience in employment screening would be beneficial but comprehensive training will be provided.
