About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our Global Client Group. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing our existing portfolio of clients. This will involve developing close relationships with our clients, utilizing our full suite of products and services to support their global and local objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain and expand existing relationships across a defined set of GCG accounts to achieve annual scorecard goals.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
  • Demonstrate strong "customer listening" and "challenger / consultative selling" skills to assist positioning and delivering the GCG value proposition.
Critical Challenges
  • Achieve charge volume growth and retention targets that contribute to the GCG organization.
  • Overcome customer objections and respond to customer-raised issues.
  • Manage account profitability.
  • Develop strong, effective relationships with key business partners in a virtual environment.
  • Independently manage while maintaining strong productivity.
