Position Summary:

The MyHR Service Center Specialist II is responsible for performing customer service activities in support of our talented employees (our internal customers). This role will serve to problem solve and help our employees as we respond to and resolve any issues that arise in our employees day-to-day that connect to the HR function.
- You will partner and trouble-shoot with other HR colleagues and members of our HR Centers of Excellence to rapidly respond to internal customer inquiries.
- You will own, provide status updates as needed and work to resolve items that arise related to the following (not inclusive):

- HR policies and HR data entry and processing changes
- Administration of Leaves of Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or any self-service resolution.
- Human Resources Administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, such as producing contractual change letters, pension administration support, benefit administrative support, benefits platform engagement
- Absence management within EMEA, including administration of occupational health and doctor referrals, liaising with third party providers
- Development and maintenance of user documentation as needed.
- This role can serve as a broader learning environment for a long-term career in Human Resources Management.

- Strong appreciation for and ability to demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality work without losing speed and/or accuracy, even when faced with simultaneous requests for attention.
- Ability to respond with effective business judgment and business acumen whilst also delighting our customers.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset by providing ideas and continuing to develop own skills and knowledge base.
- Fluent in written and verbal English, with additional ability to converse in Italian/German/French strongly preferred. French is a plus.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or provisional studies in Human Resources Preferred

Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in human resources as a generalist or similar role preferred.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a HR service center environment preferred.
- A minimum of 1-year experience working with processing of absences or sickness leave preferred
- A minimum of 1-year experience with Workday and Microsoft Office Products preferred.
- Experience working within a matrix organization supporting different EMEA countries, understanding different legislative requirements
