**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare weekly/monthly biling run reports for Agilico's IT customers across multiple billing platform.
- Update customer users/licenses appropriately on the billing system, with full documentation and audit trail.
- Set up new agreements on the billing platforms.
- Produce monthly variance analysis on billing changes and discrepancies between supplier invoices and associated recharges to customers.
- Maintain notes within the system following all communication with customers to provide accurate records as to the status of invoices.
- Produce statement of accounts.
- Resolve queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 12 months experience in a finance and/or billing capacity.
- Excellentattention to detail & accuracy.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Calm & confidenttelephone manner.
- Ability towork under pressure & to deadlines.
- Knowledge ofExcel & Outlook
- Excellent organisationalskills.
