**Holidays: 20 days per year plus bank holidays**

A family run power generation business is looking for an experienced administrator who is self-motivated, proactive, and has the ability to work confidently in a fast paced, customer focused environment with people at different levels in the organisation.

A team player with previous admin experience, you must be able to demonstrate strong planning and organising skills, the ability to use your initiative and work with mínimal supervision. You will have experience of introducing and maintaining effective and efficient admin systems and will be proficient in working with various standard IT packages. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is a confident and professional telephone manner.

You will work on a day to day basis with the Company Directors and staff, delivering a wide variety of admin tasks such as:

- Receptionist duties
- Diary management
- Organising travel, accommodation and expenses
- Processing of weekly timesheets
- Dealing with finance activity
- Arranging meetings
- Coordinating the work activities for engineers
- Preparing and managing files/documents for company projects and day to day orders.
- Data input to CRM systems including set up of new suppliers and jobs
- Stock taking
- Maintaining essential office suppliers e.g. stationery
- Development of administrative processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
