- Salary: £25,000, plus a quarterly and annual bonus incentive
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch - another fantastic perk is flexi-time is available to all staff

As Administrator, you will be joining a very busy team of professionals, who are responsible for the delivery and ongoing maintenance of admin duties. Day to day duties will be to deliver accurate and comprehensive admin support, to support the office andSenior Management team. The role will require you to work on your own initiative but also as part of a wider team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Administrative support to a busy team of financial advisers and wider organisation
- Provide first line telephone contact/answering to clients, providers, regulators and the public
- Undertake client portfolio research
- Carry out detailed research, suitability checks and analysis
- Scan and record client files to the back-office system in line with business standards
- Manage workflow and diary entries to an efficient standard, in line with expectations
- Liaise with advisers and other staff members in respect of business and client related issues
- Provide typing support to senior managers and other regulated associates
- Maintain business records and ensure regular back up of data to protect business integrity
- Type and send suitability letters on behalf of advisers
- Process amendments to existing plans e.g. assignments, business terms etc.
- Handle client contacts and provide backup support
- Provide typing support

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Word Processing and use of Microsoft Office suite
- Good standard of written & verbal communication
- Effective team player
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to manage own workload and be self-motivated
- Sound time management
- A respect for client confidentiality and an adherence to strict codes of professional conduct
- Back office and database management
