**The Role**:
This is a brand new position for an experienced Team Manager to join this rapidly growing business and to oversee their Customer Development Team as well as having strong links with Operations and Sales teams. The key to this position is positive leadershipand engagement, the existing team are innovative and hardworking and take complete pride in what they do. The main focus of the department is to look after and grow existing customers through regular communication, problem resolution and presenting new productsas appropriate.

As the team manager you will create and deliver strategies to ensure your team give your new clients an excellent on-boarding experience and continual relationship management, ensure they are able to spot when a customer orders fall below usual levels andinvestigate reasons etc.

You will set achievable monthly targets for your team, keeping it fresh and interesting, communicating clearly and effectively whilst encouraging and motivating.

Your other responsibilities will be to collaborate with sales and marketing to identify new initiatives an core customer requests / suggestions as well as providing regular reporting to the Commercial Director.
