Q4 Laundry is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Part-Time possibly Full
- Time Office Admin. As a commercial laundrette serving various businesses in the area, we require someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and send invoices to customers.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Schedule and book deliveries and collections.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computers and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Flexibility in availability for shift work, including alternating Saturdays.
**Working Hours**:
This is a part-time position with possibility of Full-Time. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
