**Administrator/Receptionist**

**Salary: £21,950 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience**

**The role**

The Moredun Group is seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in the facilities department based within Pentlands Science Park, Midlothian. You will provide administrative support for the H&S, QA, and facilities departments. Your role will include managing the Facilities Management software system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained with regard to compliance. Reception duties will also form part of your daily duties. You will assist with the coordination of conference and catering requirements.

**Experience required**

You will have:

- A minimum of HNC in administration or equivalent
- Experience working in similar role
- Receptionist and customer service experience
- Diary management
- Use of databases (inputting and reports)
- IT Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook and Excel
