iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to support the team on a temporary basis for up to 3 months. The role will be based in Penicuik and involves working 5 days a week during training and onboarding, with the option to switch to a hybrid schedule later.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in accounts payable, and excellent communication abilities. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Contribute to enhancing the current accounts payable system through automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
  • Generate and present reports as requested by the finance department.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
