Exterro is looking for a Director of Channel and Strategic Partnerships to join our energetic and innovative sales team. You will be responsible for developing and qualifying new vendor partner sales opportunities. Ensure channel and partner launch readiness.

The focus of this role and this department is on partner maturity program development, renewal and retention by providing exemplary customer service thru communication, developing relationships, knowledge sharing, assistance and growth all while coordinating Exterro’s channel development program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Vice President of Channel and Strategic Partnerships, marketing and sales teams to build out strategy plans and complete SalesForce details
- Achieve sales targets for revenue in the service provider space consisting of the top twenty eDiscovery service providers.
- Establishing and rolling out joint marketing plans with partners and internal marketing team members
- Conduct high level conversations about Exterro solutions to partners.
- Coordinate scheduling (confirming dates, locations, players)
- Building and, updating and communication of customer referral matrix profiles
- Execution - getting partners from step 1 through completion of step 12
- Conduct Business Analysis resulting in interpreting, recommendations and communications to clients
- Compiling weekly account updates, tracking partner success and submit reports to manager
- Boost sales teams
- Proactively involved with early stage business development
- Creating opportunities for joint market initiatives
- Facilitate match-making to drive opportunities, connect partners to sellers, and work closely with account teams to align partner/vendor solutions to specific business needs across horizontals and verticals.
- Customer lead and contact activity conversion

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Litigation Support or any related field. (JD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in sales
- High level of communication and customer service skills
- Incredible interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to communicate effectively among multi-departmental collaboration teams
- Manage and work across teams in a cross functional nature
- Be able to learn our product and our customer's needs
- Understand customer satisfaction and be the customers' advocate within Exterro
- Positive and solution oriented
- Be able to be effective with a heightened client need awareness and partner, services, sales and program development perspective
- High energy and motivation
- Experience with software sales
- Experience with relationship and account management
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Travel as much as needed to drive your line of business
