Haus Sales & Lettings are looking for a **part time Branch Coordinator** to join our South Yorkshire team. This position will cover both Residential Sales & Lettings.

We’re on the lookout for an **organised and determined** individual who has **experience within estate agency is ideal.**

Working with Haus Sales and Lettings you will receive;

**What you will be doing**

As a Branch Coordinator your focus will be to assist the office with day to day duties including (but not limited to)
- Business generation
- Arranging viewings
- Managing pipeline including other administrative tasks
- Diary management
- Client liaison
- Up-selling services

Depending on experience, valuation cover may also be required from time to time.

**Key Skills**
- Sales and target driven
- Highly organised, effective time management
- Outstanding personal skills with the ability to develop key relationships
- A clear customer focus with excellent communication and negotiating skills

**Targets**:Move in pipeline compliance, Valuations Booked, Upsells.

**Required**: Full Driving Licence, Access to your own vehicle for work use, 1+ years of prior experience in Estate Agency Experience.

**Area**: South Yorkshire (Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster & Sheffield)

**Office locations**: Rotherham.

**Salary**:Competitive basic salary with a uncapped commission, based on performance. expected OTE £12,000

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10,764.00-£12,000.00 per year
