Job Title: Planning & Electrical Coordinator

Location: Rotherham

**Salary**: £24,731.20 per annum

Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week

What is this role of the Planning & Electrical Coordinator:
This is an interesting dual role working as part of the office-based Planning-Electrical team, requiring the working week to be split over Two full days supporting the Electrical department, and Three full days with the Planning department. Generally supporting and liaising; Planning Coordinator, Electrical supervisors, sub-contractors and NCR Atleos electricians.

What will I be doing as the Planning & Electrical Coordinator:
Duties include, but are not limited to:- Liaising with internal Planning coordinator, Electrical teams, NCR Atleos colleagues gathering information required for the progress and completion of electrical surveys and installations.-
- Maintaining up to date and accurate data in excel, word formats, database, cloud-based storage systems and use of Microsoft Teams and Outlook.-
- Scanning into the data base all work sign-off sheets, test certificates and upload job completion photos.- Cross referencing work sign-off sheets and completion photos against specifications / site drawings to ensure all works have been satisfactorily completed.- Contact sites to book in proposed visits where required.- Create and submit timely reporting to line manager/colleagues.- General filing and admin duties associated with the role.

What will I need to succeed as the Planning & Electrical Coordinator?-
- Knowledge of AutoCAD - ability to read and understand AutoCAD plans advantageous.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.- Excellent IT Competency - Word, Excel, E-mail etc.- Ability to build positive and successful working relationships with office colleagues.- Meticulous, self-motivated individual.- Enthusiastic personality with problem solving attitude.- Understanding and knowledge of minor building works would be advantageous.
