**What is this role of the Planning & Electrical Coordinator**:
This is an interesting dual role working as part of the office-based Planning-Electrical team, requiring the working week to be split over **Two** full days supporting the Electrical department, and **Three** full days with the Planning department. Generally supporting and liaising; Planning Coordinator, Electrical supervisors, sub-contractors, and NCR Atleos electricians.

**What will I be doing as the Planning & Electrical Coordinator**:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Liaising with internal Planning coordinator, Electrical teams, NCR Atleos colleagues gathering information required for the progress and completion of electrical surveys and installations.
- Maintaining up to date and accurate data in excel, word formats, database, cloud-based storage systems and use of Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Scanning into the data base all work sign-off sheets, test certificates and upload job completion photos.
- Cross referencing work sign-off sheets and completion photos against specifications / site drawings to ensure all works have been satisfactorily completed.
- Contact sites to book in proposed visits where required.
- Create and submit timely reporting to line manager/colleagues.
- General filing and admin duties associated with the role.

**What will I need to succeed as the Planning & Electrical Coordinator?**
- Knowledge of AutoCAD - ability to read and understand AutoCAD plans advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Excellent IT Competency - Word, Excel, E-mail etc.
- Ability to build positive and successful working relationships with office colleagues.
- Meticulous, self-motivated individual.
- Enthusiastic personality with problem solving attitude.
- Understanding and knowledge of minor building works would be advantageous.
