**Operations Coordinator**

Collingwood Health is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing Operations Department as an Operations Coordinator. The role is fulltime and based in the office, you will be reporting into our Operations Manager.

**Role**:

- Effectively completing operations tasks which occur on a daily basis.
- Generate recall reports.
- Creating booking forms.
- Reviewing diaries and booking in retests.
- Conducting stock checks.
- Supporting any clinics running in department.
- Managing and updating a patient management system.
- Enhance our customer portfolio.

**Person Specification**
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
- Experience in using eOPAS (or similar patient management system) - desirable.
- Able to manage completing time-sensitive priorities and tasks.
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software - desirable.
- Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues.
- Proactive attitude when managing diaries.
- Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams.
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of OH industry - desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

**About Collingwood Health Ltd**

On one root, Collingwood traces its origins back to 1947, pre-dating the NHS, where we became the first recognisable “occupational health” company in Britain. Founded as a charity, that entity became known as Corporate Health, with four clinics in and around Slough and the South East.

On the other root, Collingwood emerged from the industrial heartland of the post-war period, as the in-house welfare arm of British Steel, headquartered in Sheffield. Through various iterations from the 1950’s onwards, this became EEF Occupational Health in 2006.

Both organisations can rightly claim to have been at the vanguard of the branch of medicine that we now know as occupational health.

Collingwood Health acquired EEF Occupational Health in 2011, and Corporate Health in 2015.

Both now sit branded under the same tree**:Collingwood Health.**

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
