Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

We are looking for someone that can make a real positive difference to our customer’s lives in helping them to become and remain fit and active and enjoys being active themselves. This person will be responsible for inspiring and motivating our members and our communities to come and use the facilities more often.

With a state of the art Customer Relationship Management system this person will have the ability to truly understand what makes our members tick and use this insight to take our customer communications to the next level and beyond.

**Responsibilities**
- Be able to support the team fully embracing our company values
- Develop and implement our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies
- Have experience in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Have experience working with google, Facebook, Snapchat and Tik Tok, analytics
- Be able to write engaging content clearly and concisely
- Have strong planning, analytical skills as well as experience in project management
- Be able to work on your own initiative

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
