Looking for a rewarding and challenging role? We're on the hunt for a Regional Manager specialising in Residential and Nursing Homes for Older People in the East Midlands. Our client is a leading owner-operator of elderly care homes, committed to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of their residents.

This full-time role offers a handsome salary ranging from £75,000 to £80,000, depending on experience. You'll also be eligible for a bonus and additional benefits. The role is based in the East Midlands, making it easily commutable from Loughborough, Leicester, Coalville, Nuneaton, Lutterworth and surrounding areas.

Our client is a respected owner-operator of elderly care homes. They are dedicated to providing top-notch care for older people, with a focus on improving the quality of life for their residents. The company values empathy, flexibility, and excellent communication skills and is looking for a Regional Manager who embodies these qualities.

As the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Striving to achieve an "outstanding" CQC outcome for all homes
Executing a profit-improvement plan to enhance financial performance
Ensuring home managers comply with company policies and procedures
Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives
Regularly monitoring the performance of all staff and providing support to Home ManagersPackage and Benefits:

As the successful Regional Manager, you will receive:

An annual salary between £75,000 and £80,000, depending on your experience

At least two years' experience as a regional care homes manager
A thorough understanding of CQC guidelines and the Gold Standard Framework for end-of-life care
Knowledge of dementia strategy/mapping
