**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The SG Trainee Cylinder Blender will be a member of the SG production team. Reporting to the SG Production Leader. This is an in-depth 3 year training programme to integrate a new SG Cylinder Filler into the Production team to future proof against increased sales and volumes at SG Tunstall. The SG Trainee Filler will work alongside current SG Cylinder Blenders.

**Y **ear 1**
- Non-Flammable Manifold: Filling cylinders and banks with Air and Nitrogen. Responsible for all handling and delivery of finished product to the Laboratory for analysis.
- Transfill Filling - Filling cylinders and banks with Fid Fuel and Hydrogen. Responsible for all handling and delivery of finished product to the Laboratory for analysis.
- Homgeniser - trained on Homogeniser tilt table for the mixing of all relevant banks and rolling homogeniser for individual cylinders.
- Fork Lift Truck training (Refresher if already has a license)
- Introduction to Cylinder preparation

**Year 2**
- Acublend dynamic blending: Filling cylinders in 1 to 12 batch sizes predominately for the automotive industry.
- Analysing all mixtures on Horiba analysis system
- Working towards achieving Oxidant-Fuel mixing in-house qualification

**Year 3**
- Floxfill Gravimetric Blending system: Filling mixtures from 1 to 30 components on manual and automatic panels
- Floxfill includes cylinder preparation ovens and cylinder homogeniser rollers.

**Key Duties include**:

- Health and Safety Standards are upheld, including the wearing of PPE, hazards are identified and minimised. Accident and near miss reporting processes are followed
- Manual handling & rolling of cylinders from 5 litre - 110 litre.
- Paperwork Handling: Complete all paperwork required for all orders and ensure that this is passed to the relevant department.
- Stock management: Manage and control stock in working area to ensure stock levels of source gases are kept at acceptable levels I choose Air Liquide Engaged people for sustainable performance
- Participates and readily gives feedback in daily production meetings with the team.
- Executes the daily production plan, adhering to planned sequence and achieving the targets set.
- Ensures any deviation from production plan or issues are immediately visible or reported to the Process Leader
- Works with a wider team to understand and resolve production issues.
- Records data for process or results Key Performance Indicators required by the business.
- Maintains the work area according to 5S principles; in a safe, clean and organised way.
- Suggests improvements to day to day operations to enhance operational efficiency, safety and contribute to waste reduction.
- Delivers standard work at all times in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensures quality is monitored and maintained, immediately reporting any issues.
- Works with a wider team to understand and resolve quality issues.
