**_Internal Account Executive. _**
**_The purpose of the role:_**
- Working within the Hygiene division Key & Major Accounts teams providing office-based sales support to customers and the Key & Major team - dealing with sales enquiries and opportunities for the designated portfolio of customers. Consistently meeting personal objectives and delivering individual and team periodic / quarterly / yearly sales targets._
**_ Key Tasks:_**
**_ Dealing with Sales Enquiries:_**
- _Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within agreed timescale._
- _Delivering the appropriate service level for the Key/Major clients._
- _Illustrate and quote customer requests._
- _Recording and processing enquiries within the business sales portal._
- _Identify and establish upselling opportunities where possible and relevant._
- _Coordinate, progress and communicate installation with customers where relevant._
**_Conducting Outbound Sales/Tele survey and Courtesy calls:_**
- _Conduct courtesy and information gathering project calls as required and as required and as directed by the Key Accounts Teams_
**_Data Reporting:_**
- _Collate all relevant detail and documents to provide a seamless customer experience._
- _Maintain accurate database of business generated and corresponding business movements. _
- _Utilise and update sales portal to manage sales._
- _Record the results of any courtesy call project accurately in the required format._
**_Teamwork:_**
- _Work with and support internal colleagues to ensure team sales targets are met and projects are delivered, accurately and on time._
**_Skills and Knowledge Required:_**
- _IT Skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM._
- _Experience of selling in a Business to a Customer/Business to Business environment delivering on business and customer expectations._
- _Organisation & Prioritisation - time management prioritising workload in a pressurised environment delivering on a business and customer expectations._
- _Ability to work independently and within a team._
- _Adaptability & Flexibility - adapting to different demands and situations._
- _Customer Focused - ability to put the customer first, understand their requirements and build solid business relationships._
- _Relationship building - ability to build on and develop relationships within the business and our customers._
- _Communication - excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _Sales Focus - ability to identify confidently explore and close on selling opportunities._
