The Senior Leadership Team consists of visionary leaders who are shaping the future of the company, and we are looking for a top-tier Executive Assistant to support them in achieving their strategic goals.

**The Role**

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the Group CEO plus the SLT, providing high-level administrative support to ensure their time is maximised and their work is efficient and effective. You will manage a wide range of responsibilities, from calendar management to project coordination, all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare for and coordinate board meetings and other high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
- **Project Support**: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the board and senior leadership.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as a liaison between board members, senior executives, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting board-level directors, preferably in a PE-backed organisation.
- **Company Secretary**: Previous experience in this area would be beneficial but not essential
- **Organisational Skills**: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling to document preparation.
- **Technological Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- **Proactive**: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the board and executives.
