**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence and communication on their behalf.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and other initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
