Administrator/maintenance Coordinator

We currently have a vacancy for a part-time administrator/maintenance coordinator in our successful lettings team. The hours of work will be 9am - 5pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and will be based at our Chepstow branch.
**Role**
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all properties
- Operating all aspects of our lettings agency software systems
- Coordinating all maintenance enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance certificates are in place
- Supporting wider team with all aspects of tenancy administration
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Team focussed and self-motivated
- Commitment to high standards of work and quality service to clients
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills,
