**Key Purpose of Job**:
The purpose of this role is to help customers with their order requirements. Deal with their questions and supply customers with information about our products and services. Then process the orders, put them on the system and deal with the customer through the order process until the customer takes delivery**.**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving any customer feedback, particularly if an issue needs quick resolution.
- Knowing our products and services so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Provide a point of contact / link between customer and production
- Register purchase orders and sales orders on Sage.
- Offer quotes to customers.
- Update daily log - notify customers of shipping details.
- Support commercial team with sample requests / quotes / production etc.
- All other reasonable duties as may be assigned
- This is a full time, **office based role**, working within a small dynamic team.

**Knowledge and Experience**

Experience within the business or other suitable customer service roles.
- Efficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of Sage 50 is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship building, negotiating and administration skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisation skills.
- Knowledge and interest in sports apparel.
- Exercises personal professionalism and sense of accountability.
- Thrives on working within team-based environment.
- Highly organized. Must be detail oriented.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment under short deadlines
