**The Role**: A growing business name in the conferences industry is looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to sell sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers in the aerospace and pharmaceutical industries. Drawingon previous experience selling sponsorships, the Business Development Manager will inherit some existing accounts, as well as source new businesses to sell to. Maintaining any won relationships, the Business Development Manager will enjoy an achievable targetas well as excellent, uncapped earning potential (30k OTE in the first year).

Providing conferences around the world, our client is well known for a flagship event in the Military space. Providing60 conferences a year, our client is rapidly growing and is the ideal Business Development Manager's career to flourish. **The Future**: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business acquisition as well as growing existing accounts. Selling different sponsorship packages to conferences worldwide throughout the year, the Business DevelopmentManager will travel to the US twice a year. As our client has been recently acquired by a leading business, this is a great time for the incoming Business Development Manager to make their mark. Enjoying great on target earnings, the Business Development Managercan also look forward to a clear and achievable progression plan.

**Requirements**: To be a Business Development Manager in this exciting, well-established, and fast-growing company, you must have:

- 3+ years of B2B sponsorships sales experience
- Experience in selling sponsorships is essential
- Experience in the conferences industry is desirable
