What this job involves
**Major Responsibilities**:
**Platforms**:
Working with the IFM Executive Leadership team to set the vision and build the roadmap for the identification and development of the IFM platforms Team.
Lead the IFM Platform team and ensure the team functions as a cohesive service line leveraging the centres of expertise to drive additional value for the client. Identify the opportunities for simpler and smarter processes, outputs and data flow.
Coordinate the pipeline and communication around innovations and continuous improvement opportunities
Coordinate and centralise a peer review work stream across the account service line platforms, leading the collaboration and continual quality review to deliver exceptional service to our client. Lead cross-account best practice and knowledge sharing to drive operational excellence through account platform, driving value for our client.
Lead the introduction and development of new functions as required (outside of soft/hard services), to drive quality and operational excellence into the IFM operations.
**Programs**:
Coordinate the IFM contribution and resourcing for new GREF programs.
Lead the Hard, Soft & Launch Quality & Best Practice Managers in the centralised delivery of IFM programs and changes.
Responsible for partnering IFM Launch Managers, ensure adoption of all correct IFM and GREF programs in new locations.
Act as key resource in the delivery of account strategic operational excellence programs, championing one team culture and customer experience.
**Reporting**:
Coordinate and build structure for IFM operational reporting to the Customer.
Coordinate the continuous improvement of IFM reporting and warehousing of data.
Coordinate the relationship between IFM and the SCC in relation to IFM platforms, data, analytics and reporting.
Build, arrange and present the data to benchmark sites and areas: enabling new and more efficient ways for GREF to observe and understand its operational portfolio.
Deliver meaningful reporting and data flow that delivers results, demonstrating improvements in compliance, cost, efficiency and quality.
**Strategy**:
Working closely with EMEA IFM Director and Operations Director to develop and execute IFM delivery against the contractual KPIs.
Working closely with EMEA IFM Director and Operations Director, develop strategic IFM platform tools to support IFM delivery and drive first class FM services for the client.
Work backwards from the optimal future state in relation to platforms, programs and reporting - lead the formulation of the strategy roadmap to achieve this.
Degree level qualification, and or strong capability and proven track record delivering successfully in a similar role.
Proven extensive experience in a similar role or Senior FM Operational role, ideally gained in an international context.
Have demonstrable Leadership senior leadership ability and experience
Have a structured approach to managing and delivering multiple projects both personally and through leading a team
Have a passion for data, and a track record in data driven decision making
Have a great understanding of the range of FM data available across all service lines
Extensive experience of managing large and remote teams across multiple countries
**Critical Competencies for Success**: Be comfortable operating at a tactical and operational level.
Be able to act simultaneously as a program manager, internal CRE ambassador, educator, analyst, and solutions architect on a number of different projects.
Be capable of engaging with Senior Stakeholders and Customers
Have a bias for action whilst working within a rigid governance structure.
Be able to work within an entrepreneurial culture delivering solutions, providing leadership and communication but not afraid to dive into details.
Be passionate about successfully delivering projects under their responsibility.
