To provide a first-class administrative service to the CEO Office.

Main

**Responsibilities**:
This role is a part time role, working 4 hours per day for 4 days. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO your duties will include:

- To assist with all administrative duties.
- To organize and archive records and documents. Makes copies of paperwork.
- In conjunction with the Guest Experience Coordinator, making contact with guests to explain the process and understand their needs.
- Communicating effectively with the guest relations coordinator to help them anticipate all guest needs and requirements and to ensure they have the information needed in time for each race.
- First rate customer service skills on telephone.
- Work collaboratively with other internal departments to fulfil the needs of the CEO office and CEO guests.
- Support the Chief of Staff with other duties as required.
- Complete all mandatory training within specified timelines. Operate safely at all times in line with Company health and safety requirements.
- Undertake other duties within your capabilities as your manager may assign to you from time to time.

About You
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Substantial customer service experience gained in a high profile environment
- Excellent written and oral English language skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to interact effectively and communicate with a wide range of people and personalities.
- Ability to work under time constraints and pressure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative
- High level of integrity, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Happy to work independently but reporting to a Manager
- Tidy & extremely well organised
- Proactive and hands on attitude
- Strongly self motivated, hard working and reliable
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to take ownership and responsibility, with an enterprising work ethic
- Able to come to work in the central London office to perform duties at least 3 days per week.
