The CEO Office Associate at Contentive plays a pivotal role in providing essential support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the management team. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the CEO's office. The CEO Office Associate must maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, screening calls, and handling correspondence.
- **Communication**: Act as a central point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure that communication is clear, timely, and aligned with the CEO's priorities.
- **Travel and Logistics**: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Manage expenses and reimbursements.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports. Take meeting minutes and track action items for follow-up.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- **Project Management**: Assist in managing special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that they are executed effectively and efficiently.
- **Event Coordination**: Organise and coordinate company events, conferences, and executive gatherings. This includes logistics, scheduling, and attendee management.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files related to the CEO's office.
- **Research**: Conduct research and compile data on various topics as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
