Assistant to the Group CEO's Office - Salary up to £35,000

Our team strives to deliver a first-class service for the Group CEO and ExCo members.

A bit about the job:
This role will work closely with the Group CEO’s EA and the wider CEO office. You will act as the first point of contact for complaints by managing the Office of the CEO Mailbox and triaging complaints as appropriate.

You will support the Group CEOs EA on Administration tasks, coordinating CEO travel and liaising with the Exec driver for CEO and Group ExCo use, and will be responsible for providing support to the Group CEOs EA on events, as well as providing holiday cover for the Chief of Staff’s EA.

Being able to work collaboratively as a member of the CEO Office team is crucial, and at times, you may be required to work outside of your defined role if necessary to meet team objectives, you will also have the opportunity to support with administration tasks for Aviva plc Full Year and Interim Results.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- It is critical that the role holder demonstrates a high degree of discretion and confidentiality - you will have access to sensitive information, which at times will be secret.
- Previous experience of working in an office environment performing administrative tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, and a high standard of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines is key to all aspects of the role.
- Effective at planning, prioritisation, time management and organisation of own workload and priorities, capable of working autonomously, using own judgement and initiative to take appropriate action.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders at senior and/or executive levels. Ideally with previous exposure to Governance committee’s.

- Starting salary up to £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
