Our client is a prestigious property firm in Manchester, with a large portfolio of managed commercial properties across the North West.
Due to continued growth an opportunity has become available for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join this successful team in Manchester City Centre.
My client is looking for a highly organised, facilities administrator with strong customer service skills, a proactive and confident approach with the ability to multitask and manage a varied workload. Previous experience working within property is essential for this position, so will suit somebody who has been an administrator/assistant within residential/commercial/estate agents etc.
Daily tasks will include:
- Providing complete administration and proactive support to the Property Management team.
- Acting as the primary contact for maintenance requests and defects, arranging maintenance and monitoring progress of works, liaising with contractors and tenants whilst work is completed.
- Issuing letters and contracts.
- Arranging change of tenancies to ensure utility contracts are in the landlords name when vacant properties come back.
- Co-ordinating insurance inspections, H&S inspections, fire risk assessments, and then to ensure all requirements are acted upon.
- Obtaining quotation and raising PO numbers.
- Producing various documents and reports.
- Providing excellent levels of customer service.
In return, my client can offer a basic salary of c£25,000 DOE, plus benefits.
