Answering incoming call and dealing with enquiries.

Signing in and out contractors and issuing visitors badges.

Processing Job sheets (good IT stills required)

Managing the help desk.

Liaising with Caretakers dealing with any issues, queries etc.

Generally support to the department and all aspects of administration.

Must be advanced with Computer Skills
