Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Young Carer Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As an Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating outreach activities and programs to support young carers in the Vale of the White Horse. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

As a Young Carers Outreach Co-ordinator at Be Free Young Carers, your role would be focused on organising, promoting and leading activities for groups of young carers and also providing 1-1 support whilst contributing towards raising awareness for what is happening right here in the local community.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with groups of young people is essential
- The confidence to build relationships and good overall communication skills
- A strong level of English (both written and verbal)
- Qualifications in youth work/social work would be preferred but not required
- A really confident, friendly, positive and outgoing personality
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
