**This is part-time, permanent position working 20-25 hours per week and paying £22-27k pro-rata, depending on experience.**
- Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
- Coordinating key internal and external events, liaising with venues and speakers, updating all team members on progress and relevant activities
- Working closely alongside the marketing team and management to promote the various activities and events
- Supporting with HR administration, coordinating training, health and safety audits, and the recruitment process
- Ensuring all documentation and files are up-to-date and accurate on internal CRM and HR systems
- Handling general IT enquiries, and being the first point of contact for any queries
- Supporting with the coordination of a company-wide internal digital transformation, focusing on security, data protection, and pricing/costs for new systems
- Consistently liaising with the management team, including the CEO, Finance Director, Operations Director and Marketing Manager to report feedback on events progress
- Providing any additional administrative support to the team as and when required
