Key responsibilities:
- Process all sales orders using their bespoke stock and inventory system - full training given
- Arrange the carriage of all orders once ready to be shipped
- Process sales orders generated from their website
- Process the sample request orders
- Provide general office support across a busy admin team
- Support the rest of the team with handling incoming telephone sales enquiries and raising sales orders as necessary
- Greeting visitors
Person specification:
- A 'can-do’ Attitude
- Can demonstrate working in a proactive manner taking initiative
- MS excel and word experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Confident to construct a good written communication
- Ideally holds 3 A-levels
- Grades 4/C or above in Maths and English GCSEs
