We're looking for a highly organised Contracts Administrator to work for our client, Europe's leading vending, coffee and refreshment provider. You would join the Contracts Team, based out of the company's Hemel Hempstead office.
You will need previous experience providing a high standard of administrative support within a fast-paced and high-sales / customer service environment, ideally within an FMCG setting.
This is a full-time permanent role, offering a hybrid working pattern. Salary £25,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience plus benefits including life assurance, 5 weeks paid sick leave, plus industry leading training, development opportunities and clearly mappedcareer paths.
**The Role**
As Contracts Administrator you would be responsible for providing administration of all Sales Orders received from the Sales Contracts Manager via SharePoint, ensuring all required documentation is received, including various forms from Sales and the Client;logging and managing the completion of all Site Surveys; managing the planning of all installations with 3rd party Suppliers and all of this within defined timescales and KPIs.
You would be expected to provide a high level of customer service to Customers at all times, so good communication skills are a must, becoming the contact point for Customers when an update of the progress of an order is required.
- Confident, with a high level of self-motivation, possessing the ability to work to own initiative for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a high level of written and spoken English
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure and complex environment
- A high level of organisational skills with exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Experience of collaborating with colleagues in other departments
- Enthusiastic, team player with a drive to get hands on and 'stuck in'
- Advanced experience in Microsoft, particularly Excel. Sharepoint skills an advantage as well
