Responsibilities as our **Bookings Administrator /Call Handler** include:

- Diary management
- Training booking.
- Managing the internal contract approval process, populating contract approval forms.
- Document handling, accurate recording and filing of contracts and other legal documents.
- Sending out and tracking the return of certification documents.
- Compiling presentations and other documents in accordance with company Guidelines.
- Organising room bookings.
- Invoice processing.
- Other general administrative such as scanning and filing etc.
- Liaising with visitors and delegates on arrival.
- Scheduling and taking minutes of meetings of sub-committees
To become our **Bookings Administrator /Call Handler,** you will have the below skills and experience:

- A motivated self-starter who can be flexible and is comfortable working within the dynamics of a growing business.
- Sound knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, accurate typing skills (audio typing will not be required).
- Confidence at dealing with people at all levels, both internal and external.
- Willing to accommodate periods with high workloads and deliver under pressure.
- Able to prioritise.
- Shows initiative.
- Willingness to learn.
- Champion of company values.
