**About Our Client**:
The client are a huge construction company (Hemel Hempstead based)

The key responsibilities of this administrator vacancy will
- Generation and assignment of PPM activities from concept to site teams and subcontractors
- Supporting the coordination of sub-contractor activities
- Chase each subcontractor for dates for next visit, issue, allocate and add updates to each work order
- Maintaining information held within the compliance portal
- Raising and monitoring remedial works
- Inform the subcontractor that the visit has been booked in
- Action any date changes and ensure the client is made aware
- Upload Service Sheet and if works completed close task down
- Review SLR's for each site on a weekly basis ensuring service sheet is received, invoice received and invoice paid
