**#BelongWithUs** Come and join us as a motivated and focussed Regional Administrator and be part of a hugely successful and friendly team. The role is on a 12 month fixed term contract.

**The Role**: As a Regional Administrator you will be an integral part of the regional leadership team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of day to day activities and equipping Regional Leaders with the tools to successfully engage with their teams froma value add perspective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively managing diaries for 2 directors and scheduling meetings whilst organising travel arrangements regionally.
- Typing correspondence and minute-taking for business meetings & colleague HR matters ensuring the appropriate documentation is prepared in a timely manner and issued accordingly.
- Coordination of local, regional or national training events from an end to end perspective
- to include invitations, accommodation, scheduling and sourcing locations (including refreshments/lunch).
- Support the regions with all ordering requirements such as stationary and PPE.

**You**: You’ll be organised and will thrive on multitasking. You’ll have excellent prioritisation skills, the ability to work on your own and you’ll love providing the best support to the wider teams. Experience with Google is desirable, (although enthusiasm anda can-do attitude is just as important) further training will be given if needed.

This role is remote but training will be provided in Crick, Northamptonshire so ideally you will be within commuting distance.
