**Sales Administrator**

**Salary - £22,000 per annum**
Reed are working with a local business to recruit within their Sales Administration team, the purpose of the role is to support customers with their orders and answer incoming customer queries.
**Duties of a Sales Administrator**
- Process customer orders Keeping customers updated with their orders
- Processing product returns and crediting customer accounts when required
- Ensure the company’s procedures are followed while meeting company SLAs Work with other departments to resolve customer queries

**Experience & Skills Required**
- Previous experience of call handling with customer queries in a B2C capacity
- Ability to resolve customer queries effectively
- Attention to detail when checking account and order details
- Numeracy and Literacy to a good standard for communication purposes
- Ability to manage priorities and workload
- Good working knowledge & experience with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel
