**We are looking for a Factory Administrator to join our Ibstock Kevington team located in Manchester.**

Our Factory Administration Team is the heart of our factory operations, managing the link between our sales teams and manufacturing teams. They perform a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of factory operations.

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Processing sales orders from quotation through to manufacturing
- Dispatch system operation and co-ordination
- Purchase order processing
- Logging and input of labour hours and payroll information
- Stock Control procedures
- Liaison with & support external sales team
- Recording, handling & collating of customer complaints
- Factory contact liaison for customers and colleagues alike
- General reception, clerical and telephone services.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good general PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to communicate at all levels
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work to targets & deadlines
- Team player prepared to learn and participate in new initiatives
- Punctual & reliable attendance with dedication to task completion
- Ability for efficient & effective time management & task prioritisation

**Desirable Qualifications & Experience**:

- A knowledge of JDE or similar order processing system
- Proven experience in a busy office environment
- Adhere to Company audit requirements
- Enthusiastic approach to learning and developing new skills
- Building & brick product knowledge (full training will be provided)
- General understanding of administration systems & procedures
