_Sales Office Administrator _
**Job title**: Sales office administration.
**Responsible to**: Andrew Hounsfield
**What we do**:
Manufacture an award-winning range of domestic oil-fired central heating boilers.
Boilers are sold across the UK, Channel Islands, France and as far afield as New Zealand.
Product range includes seven floor standing models with two wall mounted boilers.
**The Person**:
Methodical and proactive with good written and verbal communication skills, preferably with experience in a customer facing role.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business software systems.
**The Job**:
Key tasks
- 1. General office administration functions, with a focus on sales and marketing.
2. To help develop a planned, and structured approach to management of and communication with existing and potential customers.
Daily tasks
2. Advise customers, on product selection, prepare sales quotations and follow up as appropriate.
3. Prepare and send sales literature to existing & prospective customers.
4. Sales order administration - book sales orders onto the stock control system & book carriers for delivery of goods.
5. Manage sales and marketing campaigns using our CRM software & MailChimp.
6. Experience within the heating industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
