_**Telesales Executive**_: This is an exciting time to join our growing team. Telesales is a crucial part of our business, ensuring that we take orders, maximise customer opportunity and communicate with customers across different industries. Some experience in telesales preferred.
**Main Purpose of the Role**:
To be the key contact for delivered customers, processing orders and liaising with the delivered team to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained whilst maximising the sales opportunities for the delivered operation.
**The Role**:
- Working as part of the telesales team to ensure customers receive high levels of customer service.
- Processing customer orders.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing customer relationships, including answering questions or enquiries from customers and managing their requirements.
- Making outgoing and taking incoming telephone calls to and from current and new customers.
- Maximising the sales opportunities from customers by analysing their purchases, identifying missing lines out of key customer-specific product categories and recommending and upselling additional lines.
- Advising customers on forthcoming promotions, products and service developments specific to the customer type.
- Cold-calling by telephone, identifying and contacting numerous potential customers daily.
- Helping customers, by directing there queries and feeding back any information needed.
- Listening to customer requirements.
- Establishing excellent interpersonal relationships with Brookstreet Foodservice customers, employees and outside agencies.
- Liaising with a sales manager to provide feedback on issues and developments.
- Providing administrative support as required.
- Fulfilling occasional tasks from the office at the discretion of the management and any additional ad-hoc duties as required.
**Key Result Areas**
- Ensuring all customers in your diary are contacted on the scheduled times and intervals.
- Growing sales revenues from current and new customers
- Increasing the number of high yielding delivered customers.
**Skills and Experience**:
You will be highly organised and proactive with a self-motivated approach. You will be a team player and must have excellent communication skills. In addition you will have:
- Experience of telesales, preferably in a food or fast pace environment
- Experience of using all Microsoft packages proficiently
- The ability to manage your own workload and multitask effectively
- An excellent calm telephone manner
- The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers and internal staff.
- A bubbly and outgoing personality
- You will be highly organised and proactive with a self-motivated approach. You will be a team player and must have excellent communication skills. In addition you will have:
- Experience of telesales
