**SHS are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. This role will be successful in its delivery with regular attendance to our office in Peterborough.**

**What are we looking for in this position?**

The Administration Assistant will be expected to become a key aid to the business, providing administrative support, customer support and being involved in a wide variety of tasks, in order to support in the delivery of the goals.

**What will you do?**
- Work closely with the team ensuring all set tasks meet the objectives and are scheduled appropriately.
- Act as an internal representative in for the business supporting the team in progressing objectives.
- Support the project planning process to include active communication with others to acquire relevant supporting information.
- Document actions arising from meetings attended.
- Plan and keep track of ongoing projects throughout the month, ensuring the team are on schedule.
- Allocate resource and time to follow up actions arising from meetings attended, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain the document file structure for the department ensuring only relevant information is stored and accurately saved.
- Proactively call potential customers and ensure outstanding service is offered.
