**HR Administrator (Part Time 20 Hours Per Week)**

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as an HR Administrator to support the HR and Payroll Team in all administration activities relating to our sites in Stoke-on-Trent, London, Bicester and Somerset.

**RESPONSBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for all areas of the business.
- Ensure all relevant new starter paperwork is created, distributed, and received in the correct format and stored accordingly.
- Enter all employee details onto the HR and Payroll System.
- Create induction packs for new starters.
- Support the Payroll Officer with weekly and monthly payroll by providing them with the relevant changes e.g., hourly rates, hours of work, new starters, leavers.
- Update HR and Payroll System with any changes to reward and recognising excellence.
- Record daily absence data to support with the effective monitoring of sickness trends and remedial action in accordance with the company’s policy and to facilitate a proactive approach to absence management to ensure a smooth return to work.
- Book training courses.
- Support HR administration for the HR and Payroll Team across all sites including new starter paperwork, contract changes, disciplinary and grievance packs, absence management packs, flexible working requests and leaver paperwork.
- Support the HR Director and HR Operations Manager in delivering a programme of initiatives that actively support the health and wellbeing of employees.
- Help to manage the Charity of the Year programme by organising charity events, collating donations, and managing the charity account.
- Manage all Charity requests.
- Manage Office Reception - greeting visitors, accepting deliveries.
- Manage meeting rooms - booking sheets, general cleanliness.
- Stationary Ordering.
- General Purchase Order entry.
- Sending employee birthday cards and vouchers on a weekly basis.
- Scanning and filing HR paperwork.
- Ensuring all HR documents and policies are controlled.
- Dealing with employee holiday queries.
- Issuing eye care vouchers to employees.
- Issuing swipe cards to employees.
- Managing employee lunch orders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
- Previous experience in a HR Admin Role or a keen interest in a career in Human Resources
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- IT Literate - MS Office packages
